Juses. Effective October 8, 2026.

What Juses stores

When you log a piece, Juses stores the title, dates, field, bin, price, notes, photograph, and spoken note you enter. A profile name and portrait stay with the same record. Filed month sheets are image files created from that record.

These records stay in the app's storage on your iPhone. Juses does not upload photographs, notes, or voice clips to a Juses server.

Purchases

Clasp purchases are processed by Apple. Juses receives the product identifier and transaction identifier from StoreKit so it can add Clasps and avoid counting the same transaction twice. Juses does not receive your payment card number.

Camera, photos, and microphone

Take photo and Camera use the camera only after you allow it. Choose photo and Album use the photo library only after you allow it. Save image writes a month sheet into Photos only after you allow adding photos. Record note uses the microphone only after you allow it. If you decline, that action stops and the month board remains available.

Tracking and notifications

After you tap Continue, Juses shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Juses does not use an advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps or websites. If you turn on Shelf reminders, Juses schedules a local notification for a piece whose shelf date is inside 14 days. Juses does not register for remote push from a Juses server.

Delete Account

Delete Account on Hook removes pieces, photographs, spoken notes, filed sheets, and the Clasps still held in the app. Log Out returns to the welcome screen and leaves those records in place.
